I keep the excedrin in my desk, medicine cabinet and in my purse. But you're right, you have to take it early on. Sex -- sometimes it works, sometimes it only creates more tension and not enough release. Great post, by the way. Do you know what your triggers are? Mine is based completely on the barameter.
